The apartment is fully air conditioned and also has central heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as, a fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker and microwave. We will also provide all towels and linens to make your holiday effortless. There is also a lcd tv and a dvd player. There is free wireless internet available in clubhouse. Our professional on-site management team will make sure that the property is fully cleaned & prepared prior to your arrival and will be of assistance should any problem occur.

With one of the best views in the entire resort from the private solarium, you are bound to spend many pleasant days and especially evenings here. Enjoy the sun during the day and relax in the varm spanish evening with a drink. This is live as it should be. There is also a gas barbeque.
THE RESORT
This 5 star resort is close to being paradise. A lot of effort is put into always keeping the resort beutiful, clean and safe. You will feel completely relaxed staying here. You will find more than 50 pools on the resort even though you will only use a few of them seconds from the apartment. But taking a walk in the resort is really nice. You can also use the sport facilities on the resort including 2 paddle tennis courts, 1 tennis court, a five a side pitch, and a basketball court. A beach club is part of the Roda resort and opens from July until the end of September. The Beach club boasts a swimming pool with jacuzzi, changing rooms, a "chill out" area with incredible views over the Mediterranean and internet access, food and drink, cocktails, and direct access to the beach with water sports nearby. There is a bus + ferry service available to make your day out more pleasurable and comfortable. It will depart from the golf car park and will circle the resort, taking you to Santiago de la Ribera where you will take the ferry to Puerto Tomás Maestre, and from there, a bus will transport you the last 2 minutes to the Beach Club. The total cost (return trip included) is 12 € per person. The resort also features a fantastic club house offering a cafe, bar, restaurant and a golf shop.
